Well, that's not too surprising. magats have been betting more than the family jewels on outlandish conspiracy theories all along (e.g. like betting their lives - and losing them - with all that bullcrap anti-vax mumbo jumbo). But in this case, the bluff has already been called with the most comprehensive border bill in the last half century. You know, the one that was killed in the house at the request of Trump just so he could keep crying wolf about it during the election. So either it's NOT nearly as bad and urgent as magats are saying (and, it's not) or it IS that bad but magats would happily watch the country burn down if it would help win an election (and they obviously would not only watch, but would pour gas it too). Not saying there isn't a problem - it has been a huge problem for literally decades.
