I dunno. Evidently open corruption is the name of the game in this particular leftist controlled county. I strongly suspect that it is already as bad for her as it's ever going to get and that she skates on everything.

I think he left her in place to give Trump an out. If Trump loses fairly or not, he can easily appeal by playing the victim card.

Yes, he will appeal if the in the end this leftist judge's decision goes against him; and he will win that appeal. But I strongly suspect that the leftist judge is covering his rump in regards to regional politics; which amounts to leftist pay for play. He has got to dance with the party that brought/bought him.
