Sorry I went off subject, I agree it is the divide and conquer scheme, it's easier to fight back against smaller groups, than large ones that are united.

And yes create chaos to distract away from what the public doesn't want you to do, that you are still doing.

I have no idea who voted for a Progressive Social Credit Score, but that's what happens when you vote Woke.

And take it from me, if you show how the local government is let's say fudging things or wrong, the community will like you, but your government's Progressive Social Credit Score is not going to be that high.
