Articulate and rambling are not mutually exclusive. Trust me, I know because I can ramble on for a long time and I'm reasonably confident that I'm articulate.
I think you were trying to say Trump is incoherent, which of course is not the case. It is definitely hard to follow Trump when he starts rambling, but the crowds seem to love it.
Demented Joe is often incoherent. Anyone who watches C-SPAN knows that for sure.
I heard the clip of Trump being confused about something (it may be what you're referring to when you say he mis-remembered details) But again, that is entirely different from the cognitive decline that Joe is in, steeply. An obvious and very steep decline.
We all mis-remember details. Yes, it can and does get worse as we get older, but that's not the same as dementia or certainly not the same as Alzheimer's. As we see with Joe, he's not just mis-remembering details, although it's hard to tell because he lies so completely about his past and his "accomplishments". He forgets where he is and what he's doing. I will speculate (yes, that's all we can do here on the mighty imgflip) that he also forgets how to do things. For example, someone suffering from mental decline might go to change the channel on the TeeVee and completely forget how to do that. Not just forget what show they wanted to switch to, but completely forget how and what the remote is for.
That's clearly not Trump. Bit it sure seems like it's Biden, even though we just don't know for sure.
