Interesting take.

Let's not attempt to change your mind, yet one might be curious as to your reasoning.

1) Is it because she became a Saint in the aftermath of World War I ?

2) Is it because Protestant sympathizing Playwright Shakespeare wrote of her as "La Pucelle" in a denigrating manor for her Catholicism to placate progeny: aka Henry VIII self appointed "Pope" of the CofE's daughter, Elizabeth I ?

3) Something else entirely

The French hierarchy was ready to give in to most of the English demands at that stage of the Hundred Years War. The fire that Joan lit in the army, and the hope instilled by that first victory led to a change of attitude. The France that survived was enough to provide a balance against English power. Frances' wearing down of the British in the Seven years war and the following aid to the hopeful American rebellion would not have been possible with the partitioned France that would have existed without Joan.
