What's the one exercise regimen the medical community universally nixes for any male over sixty-five? Weight lifting. I'm well over that cut-off point and I returned to serious weight lifting three months ago -- after many years of doing other types of 'approved' exercises -- and I returned to weight lifting for my health and for outright physical rehabilitation of muscle structure damage.
The screwy -- always changing their minds about health issues -- medical community can go 'F' themselves.
