Should read "You may re-enable it FOR 30 days..." Otherwise it comes across as if you have to wait 30 days to re-enable at which point it's perma-deleted anyway.
There should be a Feature where you can Disable your imgflip Account, Here is what the button would look like:; And for the Warning, It should say: "Are you sure you want to Disable your Account? You may re-enable it in 30 Days, After 30 Days passed without a Re-enabalation, Your account will permanently be deleted."
