The Dems won’t use 25th amendment against Joe. They will isolate him as much as possible until the convention. Then he will step aside and be replaced on the ballot.
Only the cabinet can invoke the 25th. But doing so puts a Republican Speaker of the House in the White House. They don’t want any Republicans to see who has been running the show. Also, the balance of power in the Senate would shift to Republicans because VP votes to break ties.
