Probably a language thing. Basically, they're saying that once you have ordered, received, and paid for your food, it is no longer their property and thus no longer their concern. Both of those fall onto you now. So if a seagull were to snatch your chwings (I did see the sign above), then they don't have to help if you come to them if they don't want to.

Same applies for your Mozz Stick, Corn Dog (singular), and Hot Dogs R S J.
