I remember long ago when this sort of stuff would be more than enough to convince the average Dem Party voter to bring the nation to its knees until the Feds cleaned up their act. Psssst . . . Biden STOLE those documents as both a senator and then as a vice president. There was absolutely NOTHING legal about what he did. Trump on the other hand had the legal right and authority as president to declassify and take with him ANY documents he desired. Obama did the same thing when HE left the presidency.

The prosecutor must act in the interest of the people in bringing charges. Defense has the obligation of proving incompetence . The prosecutors job is not to determine incompetence.. That must be argued before a judge with the prosecutor arguing for competence

Trump had the legal right and authority as president to declassify any documents and take them with him when he left the office just like Bill Clinton and Barack Obama also did. Trump defying the politically biased partisans illegally demanding the return of those documents was simply a matter of a former president obligated to stand up for the ESTABLISHED rights of the presidency.
