He obviously did this on purpose, unless he's so demented that he doesn't know what all the EO's he signed actually mean.

So why doesn't he use the authority he has under INA, section 212(f) to stop illegal immigration?

Yes.

I would like to think he's got more on the ball than that but watching his behavior and my experience with seniors makes me believe he doesn't. I think his team must have two different levels of "medication" they give him depending on the coherency he'll need to come close to, which depends on the event he'll be propped up at. All of this, is of course pure speculation on my part.

Level 1 might be to make him coherent enough to give a brief speech and hopefully limit the off topic rambling to fond memories of Cornpop, silky leg hair, or asking to see people who are deceased, etc. At this medication level he's generally unfocused but can wing it enough to answer questions in a halting, semi-gibbering way. He'll also wander around on stage a lot and look lost... because he is. Very prone to hitting the deck in this condition.

Level 2 might be when they have to make him coherent for something like a serious press conference (which is avoided, obviously) or the big events like a debate or meeting foreign heads of state. The recovery from this level of medication would be more involved and take some time. In 2020 it would have been hard to notice the impact this medication level had on him, because he hid in his basement for weeks at a time anyway. Now that he's POTUS, we don't see him for several days after these big events.

Lord only knows who is actually running the country with this guy as POTUS.

Yes 22 million. Not 11 million. And that was 6 years ago.

That 22 million figure seems like a more realistic number than the 11 or 12 million the media feeds the sheeple without questions. In the five years since, with 3 of them being Dementia Joe's years, that number has had to increase to something like 30 million, or roughly 9% of our total population. Does anyone seriously doubt why the left want open borders, and why they want to give illegals the right to vote?
