Your tax dollars at waste...

I find it funny that those working in government are over the age of 65 pulling social security, while also increasing their earned wage. Why are they working and pulling retirement? It's not like they care about the rest of the citizens who live off social security and work for minimum wage.

Anyone over full retirement age can draw full social security and a full wage, not just govt workers.... and govt workers don't pay into Social Security in the first place, they pay into a Federal Pension plan so they can do way better than citizens forced to pay Social Security, which the govt bankrupt. See a pattern here?

They could pull on all three if they wanted with previous work history. It's not like everyone working in the government has always worked for the government. Social security is a safety net for the citizens, but l agree a federal pension would pay better.
