So first i recommand to choose a moment when your parents are like in a good mood , it can help , then , do you have already an idea of how will you come out ?
well i think the best way is to tell them face to face , you first write down on a page all you wanna say so you dont have to search for words in action .
you can do anything but i think its the most understandable and fast way to do it
welll............. there might be some weeks where your dad/mom or both will most likely ask questions and stuff... always do your best to answer bc its a sign of caring and it can be hard for hem
if you and your family are going on any kind of long-ish drive sometime soon, i recommend coming out in the car so you dont have to look at them directly
