I think this would be a good addition.

I imagine the way it could work is that it says active until over an hour after the last post, comment, approval, or anything else that'd require you to be online.

So basically anything but casually scrolling

(anything but scrolling because if you're just casually looking at memes you probably don't want people to suddenly blow up your notifications)
