This was actually making fun of how magats and the evangelical right PRETEND to be Christian and then blatantly behave exactly the opposite of every single thing Jesus Christ ever taught about being decent human beings. If "Christianity" is about racism and xenophilia and outright hate and intolerance for more than half of the folks who rightfully live in the same country as you (most of whom are real Christians) then it should be attacked because that is not really Christianity.
