I think she honestly believes that the system will look the other way just because of either the color of her skin or her gender. Even in today's two-tier 'justice' system, however, she's probably going to end up getting roasted. She should have kept her mouth shut. I guess her arrogance and sense of entitlement, however, got the best of her judgement factor.
