Well, with collector we've seen a lot of what he can do.

Assuming he's at his full power (more specifically, if he has the crystal of creation rather than an extension) he'd definitely have a fighting chance

BUT

We don't know the full extent of the new devourer's power, so I'm not quite sure who'd win.
