Totally! And that's not even the tip of the iceberg. But if you listen inside the echo chamber (Fox, Newsmax, etc.) all they talk about his how "Biden is being investigated for this", or "Biden is being impeached for that" - and they NEVER even mention when those baseless inquiries crash and burn. So, by now their brainwashed viewers actually believe that Biden is both braindead, spoonfed, incontinent invalid AND a criminal mastermind who is engineering the downfall of his political rivals. But that's nothing. What they believe (and/or don't believe) about Trump is far more outlandish.
