The entire concept is objectively wrong imo, and I'm not gonna accept it and call people their preferred pronouns if I know their real ones
...BUT I still think it's important to treat people hospitably, and not be a dick. If people wanna debate and argue about it, I'm down, however one aspect about a person aint gonna make me hate them as a human being

First of all, I would be lying to myself and feel like a hypocrite if I did so. Y'know, going against my core opinions of the world just so somebody feels validated

And second of all, if you need that much validation from random strangers everywhere in the world, idk, seems like a sure sign that you're just in it for the clout / to be quirky. If it's your "identity" you should probably be more certain about it
