The media has proven they can smear anyone they don't like atp so I think any republican with balls will get the Trump treatment
They were lucky Trump has some criminal cases against him even though they did make up a lot bc most of the things they could legit call him out for were things they completely forgot or didn't care about when done by Bill Clinton or even Biden
But if we get a republican with no criminal record, I think they'll make stuff up and get him/her witch-hunted, and believe me, if we have a female lead the republican primaries, I can promise you democrats won't be running the "first female president" BS that year, or the "you're sexist if you don't vote for her over the white male"... I mean they did the black thing with Obama but completely ignored ben carson

And the Democrat party has gotten so far left that it's not even a welcoming party to liberals anymore (and liberals were the democrat party a couple decades ago)
