Anarchy = Warlord control of regions. I think that's what they're aiming for. And all the warlords are funded by billionaires... playing Risk for fun w real lives.

Capitalism, Socialism, Communism are just economic systems employed by governments. All could work if they were not taken over by corrupt people, which seems to be the ongoing conclusion to every Government... good people get murdered and replaced by evildoers.

Who will run things
Who enforces laws
Who would fund those enforcers
How would you appoint those laws
What are the punishments
Who punishes them
