No. I do not know that Trump is not racist in his public statements about Hispanics. Prominent traditional, conservative Republicans agree with me. In 2016 Trump said that Judge Gonsalo Curiel could not render an impartial verdict in the Trump University case, because of all of the negative things he (Trump) had said Publicly about Hispanics. Beside the fact that this statement admitted racially tinted language on his part, it negatively characterized an Hispanic judge based on ethnicity. Paul Ryan, who was the highest-ranking elected Republican at the time said: "I disavow these comments." Claiming a person can’t do the job because of their race is sort of like the textbook definition of a racist comment. I think that should be absolutely disavowed. It’s absolutely unacceptable."
