Jan 6 was a setup to cover up the democrats election fraud

I just had a leftist post this to me in a different conversation: "The 14th Amendment says nothing about being charged, tried, or convicted of any crime - just that one must commit insurrection against the constitution.

One of the MAGAt terrorists has already been thrown out of office using the 14th amendment for participating in Trump's insurrection, so the precedent is sound."

This was my reply:

"That clause does not have to state that a trial and conviction must come first, because the Constitution explicitly states that one is innocent until PROVEN guilty and that guilt MUST be via a court of law. There has been no trial and no conviction; and thus Trump is innocent. Therefore the Colorado Supreme Court has gone rogue and deliberately violated the Constitution."

What troubles me is all these ignorant or insane leftists touting this rogue action by the Colorado Supreme Court as a triumph of 'justice' when it is blatantly in violation of the Constitution for the reasons I just stated. Forty years ago a junior high school student could have seen through their 'reasoning' and shot them out of the water. I DESPISE what these leftist 'educators' have done to the youth of this nation.

They simple don't respect The Country, The Constitution it's based on, The Law, Anything remotely Christian nor any person who argues with reason. They are irrational animals who should not even be engaged in civil conversation. I wouldn't oblige their irrational "arguments" with anything more than an insult to them as they are so fragile the simlpest thing can set them off to emotional trauma so bad it might kick in that mRNA response early. Give it a try I say.

Their Party leadership has crossed the line. Essentially they just set the U.S. Constitution on fire.

I find it very ironic that their comments show their support for trashing the Constitution.

Actually the penny of comprehension just dropped for me: these mental defects and arrogance junkies actually think that this time around THEY won't be the Useful Idiots either executed or starved to death after their future masters take over this nation -- as the Stalinists of the old Soviet Union did after THEIR Useful Idiots handed them the nation -- and that THIS TIME time their ilk will be properly 'rewarded' for systematically committing treason.
