Aye; and the political Left seem to have gotten a weird education in regards to how and why legal processes work in this nation:

One is innocent until proved guilty in a court of law AFTER the completion of a formal trial with presented witnesses and evidence and lawyers and a presiding judge. There has to BE a formal and proper conviction BEFORE their can be legal guilt. This process has not happened; and therefore the Colorado Supreme court has gone rogue and deliberately violated the U.S. Constitution.

Not only will the Colorado decision be overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court but no doubt the state's rogue justices will be the recipient of a stern lecture on just WHAT the U.S. Constitution does and does not allow by way of rulings. Apparently most of this nation's political Left could use such a refresher . . . if, that is, they were even awake in class the first time this information was covered during various phases of their schooling.

IT AMAZES ME HOW STUPID DEMOCRATS ARE.........

Ever since Trump declared that he was going to run again the Democrats have done everything in their power to stop him. Each time they try his poll numbers go higher. The last thing they want is for him to be the Republican nominee.

Yet, one month before the IA caucus they decide it would be a good idea to take him off the ballot in CO, thus galvanizing his support even more and guaranteeing the fact that he'll be the Republican nominee.

It's almost as if Trump is paying them to run his campaign!

Look at Pelosi for starters.

Trump will be on the ballot in CO.

Why?

Because the Colorado Supreme Court, within their ruling, has stayed the ruling until January 4th, the day before the ballots are printed for the Colorado primary.

However, once Trump appeals this to the U.S. Supreme Court, which he will, the ruling is stayed until the SC rules on it. This means Trump will remain on the ballot until the U.S. Supreme Court rules on this, which will come AFTER the ballots are printed and the Colorado primary has been conducted.

yup... that's why dems are so desperate to keep him off the ballot... LOL
