Well howdy, Trump-cult kids, it's Socialism again and today we're going to look into you guys getting what you want.

Well howdy, Trump-cult kids, it's Socialism again and today we're going to look into you guys getting what you want. | So, as you know, Jack Smith has filed with the SCOTUS for an expedited ruling on Derp Furher's claims of double jeopardy/immunity of a POTUS to criminal prosecution for actions taken in office and there are only 3 possible outcomes:; 1. The SCOTUS declines to hear the case leaving Judge Chutkan's ruling against intact, 2. they hear the case, majority/unanimously adhere to Article I, Section 3, Clause 7 of the Constitution, rule in Smith's favor, 3. they hear the case, majority rule contrary to Article I, Section 3, Clause 7 in Trump's favor. #1 is easy; the next appeal to a lower court would likely be dismissed with prejudice. #2 easier still: SCOTUS rulings are the final word so no appeals in the afters if the Orange Crybaby doesn't get his bottle. In other words, nothing particularly interesting in either of those outcomes... just good, old fashioned Constitutionality, a kill-strike meted out favoring rule-of-law, another step on the return path to normalcy. Ah, but #3... that's where things start to get spicy. See... the conservative majority SCOTUS finding for the last guy's claims of immunity opens the door, automatically endows the current POTUS with identical immunity. See where this is going? No? Okay, y'all like to screech that Biden's a tyrant, trying to overthrow the U.S. government, that he's committing crimes every day he's in office, so let's take a li'l stroll through that open door. See what's on the other side? That's right, 0% accountability. But wait, there's more: finding #3 is the end of the democratic republic. Why? Because now the Unitary Executive is unbound. What's that? The POTUS is voiding the Constitution, instituting martial law on grounds of "because they feel like it," you say? Shut up --the POTUS can do whatever they want. Oh, you don't like that the POTUS is rounding up dissidents, deplorables, anyone designated "vermin" by the reigning political party? Shut up --the POTUS can do whatever they want... oh, and y'all have fun at camp. Yup, Trump-cult kids, it doesn't look good on the other side of that door... not good at all. Well... not if y'all actually believe Biden's all the things you claim. Quite frankly, if you believe even a quarter of the claims you make about Biden, you should be living in pants-s****ing terror of the SCOTUS granting Dear Leader the immunity he's after. | image tagged in scarecrow in field, trump lies, trump unfit unqualified dangerous, just sayin' | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
