I'd say try and get all endings. You can do it in a single run by making multiple saves. I would recommend decommissioning Monty first because his boss fight is easier than Chica's. Chica's boss fight is easy, but only if you know what you're doing and where to go.

Definitely get the four fizzy fazes(I think that's wheat they're called). There's one in El Chip's. One behind the level two door in the area where you get the Daycare pass. You get one if you take the vent by the salad restaurant. I don't know where the third one is

You can also get a Freddy power upgrade somewhere in the Atrium. There's a shoe upgrade in Roxy's hair salon. There's a Flashlight upgrade near the security office in Monty golf

As soon as you reach your first save area, save immediately! Trust me, it's not fun to re-play the first 30-ish minutes of gameplay after forgetting to save and dying in the Daycare.
