Probospears are a predatory fish-like mollusc. They feed by ramming into prey with their syringe-like proboscis and sucking the insides out. Their fish-like physique is an example of convergent evolution since the Probospear evolved from a Geoduck-like bivalve. Their muscular "tail" is actually a specialized foot. They evolved this way to better suit the rising tides and more opportunities for food, eventually becoming a fully-fledged predator. Despite their barbaric nature, they're still prey for larger animals like Edentyrannus.
