Bowler has drip

Typically, Thomas submissions aren't acceptable, but now that I'm a mod, I can make that happen! WE'RE KEEPIN' THE STREAM ALIVE, BOIS! That said, Bowler do have that drip. He has every right to say, "Not bad. I've seen worse."

Bowler is one of my fav Thomas villians just because he has potental and im a big fan of the Class 40 Whistlers

yeah, I wish Bowler would be brought back to thomas, it would be cool if he was brought back as like an Anti-Hero
