Yep . . . after all, according to those very same administrators, it all depends on the context in that it is just 'talk' until someone actually does the dirty deed itself.
What's weird is that apparently none of those three university presidents thought that there would be any pushback for the insane words that came out of their mouths; thus proving that academicians live in a freaking dreamworld isolated from any real hint of reality . . . or commonsense.
