One thinks that while staring at their phone currently,
that the heatth app that is unremovable on ones phone, is currently recording data
related to heart rate, respiratory rate and brain wave function through sensors as well as
iris observation in the triangulated cameras and AI is learning what makes a person tick,
so that when it comes time to manipulate a person, AI already has learned what works and has developed an individualized plan for actions and compliance
