Imagine SARS started in 2004... instead of when it really started... 2003.

And imagine that a virus happening in a year would prove rampant corruption.

That people try this stupid stunt every four years. To whip the voters into a panic which causes them to not think straight when it comes to elections. An attempt to clamp down voter participation and voting integrity.

Just like the viruses their election fraud evolves...
