It's atleast canon that the nintendo switch exists in the game universe since in let's go eevee/pikachu there is an electronic store that has nintendo switches, one npc even directly calls them that, implying that nintendo exists in the pokemon universe.

I think we see blue, or atleast red in one episode of the anime and red actually spoke to ash.
