Not unless there is a malicious intent to take those opportunities away. Blind Justice is not the same as Stupid Justice . . . no matter how much these leftist legislators keep trying to force it in that direction.

But if you look at how non disabled girls are getting hurt by letting boys play in girls sports. Do you really think overprotective parents of disabled girls are going to let them get anywhere near that?

No problem, I just wanted you to see the significant disadvantage disabled girls are being put in by actions like this. Especially in team sports, where they can learn about working as a team.
