Rape was a crime and because married couples were married, there was a time that it was difficult to determine what constituted as rape between two married people. It was always thought that if you were married you loved each other and therefore sex was always consentual. Some things have improved in that regard.
Butthis meme has nothing to do with partners raping or abusing each other. It has to do with this current generation and their mental illness and not being able to defend the country. Let's stick to the subject.
