Because it is safe to criticize Christians. Not Muslims. Not Islam. Not Jews. Not Judaism. Not atheism. Just Christians. I think that makes you a coward.

In his day, the other religions we not that big an issue in the US. He did Jewish humor, too. But he criticized what he was familiar with from his own experience. Today people criticize Christianity although the know no more about it than they do other religions. It's just easy and safe.

Those aren't citations because none of those links say the people did those actions or threats in the name of Christianity, nor does it say if they were Christian. Plus, non-Christians and non-religious people can violently hate gay people.

The only religious person was in the third point; Libs of TikTok is Jewish like Ben Shapiro, so if that counted, it'd be in the name of Judaism.
