I would favor a blanket commutation to time served to all non-violent participants. Their presence, in large numbers was used to intimidate Congress.

Non-violent, OK. Violent, no way.

According to a USA Today "Fact Check," the Republican Chairman of the House Committee investigating the J-6 Committee, Congressman Loudermilk of Georgia, "No evidence was destroyed." They cannot find the original copies of a couple of tapes, but transcripts were kept. Transcripts meet the Congress' standards for "evidence."

You had two choices, here, the first choice was to look for factual evidence. The second choice was to repeat lies from the echo chamber that reinforced your prejudices.

Before you dismiss "USA Today," as "Lamestream Media,' it is and was a Conservative newspaper. Back when I worked as Regional Director for Public Affairs the Deputy Secretary was a Conservative Republican Activist named Tom Harvey. When his wife, Kathleen Black, was made Editor of the paper, Harvey told me that it was and would always be Conservative. He never lied to me.

Well... they lied Larry...

Representative Barry Loudermilk (R-GA), Chairman of the Committee on House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight, spoke with John Solomon on Just the News this week on Real Americas Voice.

Rep. Loudermilk told Just the News that the taped depositions of January 6 star witness Cassidy Hutchinson and all other testifiers from the original January 6 Select Committee investigation are now missing.

Loudermilk says, “I wrote a letter to Bennie Thompson asking for them and he confirmed that they did not preserve those tapes. He didn’t feel that they had to but according to House rules, you have to preserve any data and any information and documents that are used in an official proceeding.”

Benny Johnson and Liz Cheney leaked the parts that would make splashy headlines – then they destroyed the evidence.

You have no proof of that

The link just restates that the original tapes are missing, The transcripts still exist, which appears to meet the intent of the applicable laws. Nobody has produced a shred of evidence that someone destroyed the tapes with criminal intent. If you have such evidence contact the FBI.

You restate the same Misinformaed message, without facts to back them up. The following is from USAToday 8021023:

Nowhere in the letter does Loudermilk say the recordings were destroyed. There are no reputable news reports that he made that claim and no evidence of the destruction of the records.

“Whether the missing information has been destroyed, was sent to other entities or is still in the possession of members of Congress from the select committee is uncertain at this time,” Loudermilk said in an emailed statement to USA TODAY.

Do you know what a transcript is?

There may be a disagreement on the transcripts being acceptable alternatives. But there is no evidence that evidence was destroyed by anyone.

You need a timeline?

** Back in January we learned that the Jan. 6 Select Committee attempted to seal all of the video testimony in front of their committee for 50 years.

** Then earlier this year we learned that the lawless committee destroyed all of their video interviews and documents when they disbanded.

** Over a year later and President Trump broke the news in August that the Jan. 6 Select Committee illegally deleted their documents, records and testimony after they disbanded.

** Then on Friday Representative Barry Loudermilk (R-GA), Chairman of the Committee on House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight, told John Solomon on Just the News that the taped depositions of January 6 star witness Cassidy Hutchinson and all other testifiers from the original January 6 Select Committee investigation are now missing.

They illegally deleted the evidence!

And now this…
A recently discovered memo reveals that pretty liar Cassidy Hutchinson made SIGNIFICANT CHANGES to her testimony
