I worked on a massive federal government site during the Obama Administration. To increase electric vehicle sales, Obama bought thousands of Chevy Volts for federal motor pools. Nobody took electric cars to work sites because you wouldn't have enough power to get back to the base, and if you had the ability to charge it out on the work sites, they wouldn't charrge enough to get you back to base. USA bought most of these e cars and they're being sold on govt surplus sites with less than 500 miles. LOL!
