All his previous cases should be thrown out for his statement “I’m not here to hear what he(defendant Trump) has to say.” How can a judge in a non-jury trial declare such bias and still be on the bench?

This is correct. The judge should have been halted in his tracks at that point, a mistrial declared by an outside panel of judges, and then every case the bastard ever tried should come under judicial review.
