The cancer is honestly less concerning for me. As a follower of Jesus, I can't lose. Either Im healed from it or I get to see Jesus. Truly a win/win. The vertigo makes everything except driving an adventure. Driving? No problem at all. All else? I never know what's coming next. Helps that I trust the One that does. So seriously, no worries.
