Yes he is being 'butt-hurt' because unlike Candace Owens he personally knew people raped or tortured or murdered. He sees the open hatred that radical leftists are now exhibiting for Israel specifically and for Jews in general, and the combination of everything has unhinged him a little.
He probably will re-achieve mental equilibrium at some point. But meanwhile he has forever poisoned a formerly great working relationship that used to exist between himself and Owens.
