HOW SCHOOLS ALWAYS PRESENT THEIR ZERO BULLYING POLICY; "If you so much as look at another student the wrong way, we'll beat your ass and chain you to a wall in the salt mines in 30 seconds!"; AND HOW SCHOOLS TYPICALLY ENFORCE THESE SO-CALLED POLICIES; "Bullying only exists if the perpetrators are white and the victims are minority. If you are white and being bullied by minorites, you probably deserve it."
