Invade Japan and extend the war plus increasing the war's death toll by countless thousands on both sides which would include the majority of Japanese civilians and non-combatants OR take the risk and use the only two nukes in existence at the time then lie/bluff about having more than enough to destroy Japan and hope that's enough to get Japan to surrender.
