Not the employers fault that young people seem to be lazy and don’t want to work for an employer.
They all seem to want to be the boss and tell the employer what to do.
Shit, they can’t even fill out a simple employment application.

Yes sir. We have made ot bassically an obsticle course to be hired at my organization. Only the finest push through and dont give up on process.

I have tried to hire young people… and invariably they are either unwilling to work the hours I set or they can’t look you in the eye when speaking. I wish I could show you some of the applications I have received… illegible gobbledygook.
Every once in a while I’ll get a gem, but that’s few and far between.
My best hires are veterans.
