Funnily enough, the show is a social commentary on cringe itself and you're not meant to like the toilets (Who represent cringe culture). That's if I understood it correctly that is.
Okay, so if toilets are a main part of a youtube series, it will be considered cringe but lets say we replace the toilets with something like aliens, people won't say it's cringe when it's the same thing. So please stop this hate for skibidi toilet.

Um actually, using a model that involves a item we use to excrete waste material is consider unfunny because the fact that it uses the "toilet" aka the thing we defecate in for a series with people with camera heads fighting giant toilets. It is childish and overall not entertaining. The fact that it blast this annoying shifty song in your face also supports this claim. It is considered "cringe" because of how it is a head in a f**king toilet saying "skibidi dop dop dop yes yes."

1. the toilets stopped singing the song in the longform versions.
2. with your logic (saying that it is childish), you think minecraft is cringe.
