because of the fact that the OS is trying to uninstall it's self without another application, this could most likely destroy the pc boot up, ram, and memory, since it'd most likely go into a loop, as it would try to reinstall it's self mid-uninstallation, and it would repeat uninstalling as it reboots / redownloads, most likely reaching Sys32 and other important PC files, +your pc is most likely to shut down mid reinstallation to uninstall again, goofing up the motherboard, which would cause total deletion to windows (victory achieved), but also well, as I've mentioned other times, funking up start up, and you will most likely be met with no response turning your pc on, or the fans starting, but the pc won't load.
