Maybe, but you always wanna prioritize the cereal over the milk
So you gotta pour the exact amount you want so you know how much milk will make it perfect, and so you'll know you didn't add too much milk and it can all still fit in the bowl

(Although I will say for the record that I do usually pour the cereal before the milk)
