Of course when they mean 'wraith of Allah' what they mean is 'we get to kill in the name of Allah because the Koran sez we can'. . .sure in the Bible/Torah, God sent Israel out to kill enemies or on a lesser scale had individuals stoned/killed for whatever sin they crossed without ever being unrepentant about it. . .however I think if any Hebrew said those exact words 'killing in the name of God' might have been risking some kind of punishment.
God want us to come to forgiveness and redemption first(hence what Christ did) before being justly punished in either this life or on Judgement Day.
Ultimately it's God's(Jesus Christ) decision on who is saved and who is not. I believe there will be people who seemed to be 'locked in' to being saved but won't be for whatever reason. There may be people who feel they won't make it because all they seem to do is struggle 24/7 against sin like it's epic battle and they're the underdog and to their surprise they will be able to enter Heaven because they did accept Jesus Christ plus their faith in Him.
