Before the current guvment paid PEW to lie, the DHS conducted a real study, the numbers back then were at 22 million illegals, many more than the 12 million and less lies other agencies used and many still hold to. That was before the Biden surge, before the terminology was changed, before student, work and a dozen other visa overstays stopped being counted. The current number when every non-citizen minus authorized visitors could be as high as one out of four people. I think that number is a little high but could be accurate regionally. 40-60 million was the last number I saw that made sense. The real counts are coming from aid agencies and makes PEW researchers look like fools. In reality PEW gets paid to push information not to be accurate.
