Not exactly true. Mere Republicans are often all over the place . . . thus the term RINO (Republican in Name Only). Conservatives, however -- whether or not they are also Republicans -- do tend to remain the same by ALWAYS valuing the Constitution, the uncorrupted Rule of Law, Patriotism, uncorrupted educational opportunities, and genuine family values.
So in other words . . . they are not Dem Party voters.
