The Inkperious eon sub-chapter 1: Severed Wing

Hakai and Rizu were at Inkland’s Batted-sea park which was near a cathedral. They were sitting down and eating Andromedish snacks sold at a stand. They giggled and laughed at social media posts on Hakai’s phone until Hakai suddenly scrolled to a news post about the recent Inkperial victory over the square empire.

“What!?!” Hakai said

“Oh no” Rizu said

As Hakai was looking at the news Rizu was hearing footsteps and quickly checked the bush behind them. There was nobody there when Rizu looked to her left. She saw a figure with a huge sword walking toward them, this figure had looked nothing like the collector but someone else. Rizu had tapped Hakai on the shoulder and pointed to the figure. Hakai looked at the figure and saw that they had their sword out. Hakai quickly got up but didn’t unsheathes her sword. Rizu hid behind the bench and watched as Hakai and the figure stare at each other.

“Why do you have your weapon unsheathed in public places!” Hakai said

“This is because I am here to do justice to the Inkverse!” The figure said

“Let me guess… you are an Inkperial” Hakai said

“I am no Inkperial but a messenger of the truth” The Figure said

“Who are you, messenger of the truth?” Hakai said

“I am Strife, you must be Hakai” Strife said

“Yeah, why are you here?” Hakai said

“To return the Inkverse to it’s former glory” Strife said

Hakai grabbed the Handle of her sword and got into a fighting position.

Hakai unsheathes her sword rushes after Strife, Strife quickly shoots a fireball at Hakai, and Hakai quickly cuts the fireball into two. Strife slides his sword across the ground in an upwards slash which shoots out a vertical slash at Hakai. Hakai blocks the Vertical slash but starts to get pushed backwards, Hakai suddenly loses her ground and hits the ground. She hits her head on the ground which causes her to lose some oxygen. Hakai, gasping for breath, starts to slowly fall back.

“You are no stronger than a big yellow dinosaur-like ostrich!” Strife said

Hakai finally catches her breath and Strife gets his sword overhead ready to execute Hakai when suddenly a creation portal opens 10 feet behind Strife. Strife lowers his sword and looks behind him to see the creation portal.

“Ah finally… I shall finally fight the Collect–“ Strife was cut off as Hokashi walked out of the portal.

“ 私の曾孫から離れてください。“ Hokashi said
[Stay away from my great-granddaughter]

“You have no idea who you are messing with” Strife said

“ あなたは私が誰なのか知りません” Hokashi said
[you don’t know who I am]

Strife ran at Hokashi and thrusted his sword at him, Hokashi sidestepped away from the thrust kicked Strife in the side. Strife quickly turned to look at Hokashi and angrily shot a fireball at him. Hokashi snapped and the fireball was gone. Strife angrily erupted and ran at Hokashi, Hokashi stood still, and Strife cut at Hokashi. Hokashi suddenly made an ability shield that blocked the sword.

“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!” Strife yelled as he did an horizontal cut at Hokashi which made a horizontal cut.

Hokashi ducked under the cut but he was suddenly whacked by the flat of Strife’s sword. Hokashi stepped back but he laughed at Strife.

“ 哀れな ” Hokashi taunted Strife
[pathetic]

Strife angrily shot a blue fireball at Hokashi, Hokashi stood still and tanked the hit but it started to melt his front chestplate.

“ ついに本格的な攻撃へ” Hokashi taunted Strife
[Finally a full-fledged attack]

While Hokashi and Strife kept fighting, Rizu helped Hakai up, and they started walked to the portal Hokashi made.

“Hakai, are you okay?” Rizu worried for Hakai

“I-I’m okay” Hakai said

Rizu and Hakai got into the realm of creation where Rizu laid Hakai down on her bed.

“Rizu, make sure my great-great-great-grandfather survives” Hakai said

“I will” Rizu said

As Rizu head out of the portal, she sees that Hokashi has his wings out now, and she watches the fight. Strife whacks Hokashi in the chest with his flat of the sword and then lifts his sword overhead. Hokashi quickly regained focus too late as Strife swung down at Hokashi. Hokashi quickly tried to move to the side but Strife cut off Hokashi’s left wing.

“ それでおしまい” Hokashi said
[that’s it]

Hokashi suddenly blasts Strife’s sword out of his hand and blasts Strife in the chest. Strife is sent flying and hits a tree. Hokashi looks back at the portal and walks through it as his severed wing begins to fade away. Rizu walks back into the portal and then it closes.

Hokashi sits down at a chair next to Hakai and sees that Hakai is physically hurt.

“H-Hokashi?” Hakai said to Hokashi

“あなたはどのくらい傷ついていますか” Hokashi said with concern
[How hurt are you]

“I’ll be okay… I just have a headache” Hakai said

Hokashi nods and Hakai notices he has one wing left.

“W-what happened to you!?!” Hakai said in fear

“元気です” Hokashi said trying to calm Hakai down
[I’m fine]

“O-okay” Hakai said

Hokashi nodded and he gave Hakai some soft headpats. Hokashi was about to leave Hakai’s room when Hakai quickly stopped him.

“W-wait… can you please stay for some more time?” Hakai said

“どういう意味” Hokashi said
[what do you mean?]

“I need some people to help comfort me through my headache” Hakai said

Hokashi nodded and Rizu also came into Hakai’s room.
